I'm back.

Sorry for all my friends for disappearing like that for all this time. I had a devastating experience that put me in a depression for the last 2 months (my very first depression -_-).

You see, I'm a big believer that during each person's life he/she gets tons of chances to achieve their dreams. All you have to do is to be ready and to be "best" when that chance comes. There's not point of getting a chance of you can't take it.

I had that chance, and it was taking away from me I was hired for a job that I've been fighting for, for the past 8 years (and when I say "fighting" I mean 8+ hours of my free time for the past 15 years), just to get fired the day after. Not really fired, just un-hired -_-

Long story short, I was the only one from the applicants that had none of the "job requirements", mainly a college degree, and a resume. We were tested over and over, and I was on the very top every single time. They were so impressed they asked me to start work the very next day. When I got to the office the next day, I was informed that someone from top management didn't approve my contract because:  "He wasn't even supposed to be there, he had none of the job requirements". Everyone I've met there kept sending me their apologies for days -_-

I was really crushed. It was really unfair, and not even in a "life is unfair" kinda of fair

I was so depressed, for the past 2 months I haven't left the house, talked to anyone, checked any of my messages, or even looked at a computer since. It was so bad my father and brothers staged an intervention (and by intervention I mean a guys' night out ).

But what really cheered me up is something that happened last week. I met one of the guys that interviewed me for that job. He told me that that position has not been filled yet. They were so impressed with me that I raised the bar so high none of the applicants could match up.



Made me feel a bit better, and I've been feeling better and better ever since. Now I just want to go back to my old self and have fun making more games

Got me a new laptop and it will take a few days to move all my stuff to it (the old one was so old it was deemed absolute after 1 month of buying it ). After that I'll go back to work.
